Huffington post published process flow that a man developed to established who owned his mortgage.   It was interesting to understands the complication of the process..  Here is link if anyone is interested:

In Modeling,  one has to establish who owns/ responsible for each object or entity..

Generally owners are organization divisions, and people /roles within that organization.

For example a CIO ( chief information officer) is the owner or  is responsible for all the information of an organization.

Don't we have to establish such relationship for an Ontology to be complete?
