Syama and All,    (01)

At the footer of each message, we have included the links for members
so they can manage subscription chores on their own. However, if one
runs into any problem, I invite you to email me (<peter.yim@xxxxxxxx>)
so we do not bother the rest of the hundred of community members with
that administrivia.    (02)

Apart from doing it from the "listinfo" page (see hyperlink at the
footnote, you need to remember your assigned password, though), anyone
anticipating a change of email address could subscribe with the "new
address" and then unsubscribe himself/herself from the "old address,"
at whatever mailing list he/she has been subscribing to. One can do
that (from your email client) simply by sending emails from the
respective addresses of yours.    (03)

You can subscribe yourself:    (04)

... by just sending a blank email to <LISTNAME-join@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
(e.g. <mailto:ontology-summit-join@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>) and then confirm
accordingly when the system sends you a message to ascertain the
integrity of your email address.    (05)

Similarly to unsubscribe:    (06)

.. by just sending a blank email to <LISTNAME-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
(e.g. <mailto:ontology-summit-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>) ... etc.    (07)

Again, feel free to email me anytime if there is a question.    (08)

Regards.  =ppy    (09)

P.S. Attention all members: ... please try not to use this
distribution list as a vehicle to notify people of your change of
addresses. This should be relegated to a more personal/individualized
message outside of our lists. One reason why we are using mailing
lists is that we want to be able to do away with individually managing
address books. I am almost certain most of our members will not
appreciate getting notified every time a member's address is changed
(especially when we have more than a few members in the community
now.) =ppy
