At least two of these conferences are focusing on topics where ontology seems to be both an essential and missing part of their ultimate solution.  The eBif work on interoperability has taken concepts a long way forward but still stops short of establishing some form of FOL for their data models and processes.  The UN/CEFACT work I have been involved with attempts to address this but again has a few gaps.  IMO – all could benefit from contemplation of some form of ontology reasoning.

Anyone interested in proposing submitting a talk to all three of these on the importance of ontology?  Perhaps we can get one talk in and split the speaking duties based on geographical proximity or if someone is already attending.

I think we have members on this list near the Moscow venue.
