Following a very successful meeting in TBG17 last week and the much
appreciated hard work of all the members and participants, TBG17 as promised
hereby release the first set of Core Components for comments.    (06)

Enclosed in the zip file you will find a spreadsheet with the first 21
Aggregated Core Components including BCC´s etc. approved by TBG17.  Also
included in the zip file is a comment sheet for you to provide feedback on
the Core Components.

Please note that while everybody (including TBG17 members this time) are
free to make any comments about what exists in the Core Components as they
appear now, any additions to those Core Components can only be achieved via
a formal submission to TBG17 through your authorized TBG17 representative.
If you do not have such a representative the precondition is that this is
done first.    (07)

Also please note that the first set of Core Components are only as complete
as the 9 submissions up till now received by the TBG17 has allowed for.    (08)

Please make sure to distribute it to your groups.    (09)

The deadline for comments is close of business (GMT) April 23, 2004.
