FWIW, I have this ongoing engineering prototype project, which I call
NexistWiki.    (01)

It is a servlet that lets you write stories (read: ontologies, code,
whatever), discuss them (not quite fully wired yet), edit and version them,
and run a weblog to advertise your thoughts.    (02)

An instance of the latest version can be found at
http://www.nexist.org/jt/ (which is soon to be a storytelling site for
kids in Africa). The only stories there thus far are some lightweight help
stories. Remember, this is prototype stuff.    (03)

The site supports the collective development of topic maps: it covers
topics, associations, and more. Indeed, given the associations, it is
possible to construct ontologies or, say, Java classpaths, online, one
Webpage per concept or Java class.    (04)

Eventually, it will include an upload servlet for filesharing.    (05)

In any case, if interested, I can put up an instance for this group to play
with.    (06)

NexistWiki is open source, but the code isn't really ready to unleash on
the public yet.    (07)

Cheers
