Barry,    (01)

I just checked. As it turned out, your message was posted back on
Jun-18. Since we purge "rejected" messages regularly (we gets over a
thousand of them a day at times), your message is no longer available
at our end.    (02)

1. please re-post, explicitly "to" <ontolog-forum@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
("c.c." is normally ok too.)    (03)

2. your message was actually blocked because it was implicitly
addressed (which meant, you b.c.c.'d the listserv ... which, trigger
the blokcing, for fear that it was spam content.)    (04)

3. the most common issues that may cause an otherwise legitimate post
to be rejected/blocked are:    (05)

(a) posting by a non-subscriber ... either someone ask a colleague
(who is not a subscriber of the list) to do it, or made the post from
a email address different from the one he/she is subscribed on.)    (06)

(b) addressing the message to "too many" (our limit is 10) parties ...
(which, again, triggers the blocking), and    (07)

(c) (as in your case) using "b.c.c." rather than "to" or "c.c." when
making the post.    (08)

(d) there is a fourth issue - we need people who want to post to
multiple lists on our system, to make those posts one at a time -
while are message is not blocked if your, say, sent to both
[ontolog-forum] and [ontology-summit] in a single post, it may cause
the post to be delivered with the wrong header, and cause other
undesirable results.    (09)

I am copying this to the archived [ontolog-admin] list, so others can
refer to this and pay attention to the above details in the future.    (010)

Thank you for bringing this up ... and, sorry for the inconvenience, Barry.    (011)

Thanks & regards. =ppy    (012)
