I am looking forward to further discussion of the topic of delayed decisions.
Ironically, in the Army we are looking toward something called Adaptive
Leadership and one of the tenets of AL is that you don't need to wait to make a
decision, that you should do it more intuitively and won't always have all the
facts. But what little I heard about delayed decisionmaking seems to say the
antithesis of that. (01)
