Dear SWAO SIG members, (01)
in the course of IAOA's server infrastructure changes, we are approaching
the migration of the mailing list server and thus of all IAOA mailing lists
from <listname>@ontolog.cim3.net to <listname>@ovgu.de . (02)
--> Please avoid using any IAOA mailing list (see [1] below), starting
from: (03)
Thursday, July 17, 09:00 PDT / 12:00 EDT / 16:00 UTC / 18:00 CEST (04)
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20140717T1600 (05)
"Using" includes sending messages to the mailing lists as well as any
changes to your settings on these lists. Any changed settings will not be
transferred to the new server. Any messages sent after the above time cannot
be guaranteed to be distributed to the list recipients and to be archived as
usual. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. (06)
We will notify you as soon as the migration is complete and the lists can be
used via the new server (and corresponding addresses). There is no need for
any action by you as a list subscriber, apart from possibly updating the
list addresses in your contacts or spam filters. Subscriptions will be
transferred to the mailing lists on the new server. (07)
Notably, Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (OVGU), an institutional
member of IAOA via its Research Group Theoretical Computer Science that is
headed by Till Mossakowski, generously adopts the task of hosting IAOA's
mailing lists after the migration. Moreover, we are very grateful for long
years of collaboration with and support provided by CIM3 and Peter Yim, in
particular. (08)
For reference, you find all IAOA mailing lists at [1] below. (09)
If you see any issues regarding the mailing list migration, please contact
me via [2] secretary@xxxxxxxx . (010)
