The President and the Secretary reported on their inquiry on possible
institutions where to relocate the Association in Switzerland and elsewhere.
One promising possibility is to locate IAOA in Bern. This will be pursued
next, other options are put on hold.    (09)

Werner Kuhn communicated to the President that the IAOA Summer Institute
2015 can be co-organized with and hosted by the Vespucci organization as in
the past. Harlan Onsrud and Werner Kuhn are leading the planning of the
Vespucci Summer Institute in 2015. This time the event will be at the
University of Maine (USA). Due to past experience with Vespucci, the EC
considers this a favorable option. A final decision depends on an agreement
on topics for the Summer Institute and must be taken by the end of June
2014.    (010)

The organizers of the Interdisciplinary Summer School on Ontological
Analysis had requested 730 EUR for securing a well-suited location. The EC
agreed to advance this amount. The Treasurer is asked to clarify details on
transferring the amount.    (011)

Several administrative issues were discussed. The Secretary reported that
the IAOA financial ballot is ongoing and that everything is on track. The
schedule for the EC election in September has not been prepared yet. The
President will prepare the Ontology Summit Hackathon certificates. The
Semantic Web Applied Ontology (SWAO) SIG is to be announced at the Ontology
Summit Symposium. The SWAO SIG has no presence at the IAOA website yet, this
will be solved soon. The SIG itself has adopted a charter on April 7, 2014.    (012)

(End of Report)    (013)
