The EC reviewed status and progress of work on development of the IAOA website
and related infrastructure, which includes the official website, membership and
payment system, mechanisms for website contribution through blogging entries,
an open wiki, a gated/member-only wiki and cloud-based shared-file workspaces. (09)
A special page will be devoted to the IAOA Summer School, and to be maintained
by Stefano Borgo and Claudio Masolo (IAOA Summer School 2012 Co-chairs.) - see:

Two policies relating to IAOA supported events were discussed, clarified and
decided as follows: (011)
(i) An event (such as a workshop) that is part of another IAOA-sponsored event
or that is partof the activity of a SIG, will be automatically considered to be
an IAOA-sponsored event. (012)
(ii) the IAOA-EC Liaison for supported events can be either an EC member, a
Committee chair or a SIG chair. (013)
