The IAOA EC checked the status of the on-line registration facility. Although the web-page is ready (it has been used to test all the involved processes), some message to the user needs to be added to smooth the interaction. 

The right to access the benefits that IAOA provides to the members (via login and password) is being added.

The IAOA EC discussed the financial agreement with the local organizer of the FOIS conference in May 2010.

IAOA EC decided that it is time to close the voting period for the IAOA logo. A message will be sent to the iaoa-general mailing list giving whoever is interest another week to cast their preference among the available logos. After this period, the logo will be adopted.

The IAOA EC decided to write a proposal for the European Science Foundation Research Network call. The goal is to create an international network devoted to ontology research promotion and support. A first draft will be prepared and circulated to the iaoa-general mailing list to collect interested partners. The network is open to the participation of European and non-European institutes.
