apologies for my very late reply. Thank you for your latest comments on the matter.
Despite my sincere interest in the project, I need to reconsider my position given the amount of work waiting for me in the upcoming months.
I'd be grateful if you could inform me about the latest news on the project. Hopefully, I might eventually be able to dig hands into it.
I think we had resolved to go ahead on an individual basis building up definitions for the terms from the summer school, which are posted on the wiki. We will proceed without a structured method at first. As more substance is added, we will look to IAOA membership and perhaps those outside for feedback.

Now for my very, very late response to Todd's late response.
Based on why I see in this thread, I conclude that we should just start trying to come up with definitions/analyses or whatever they are to be called, for, first, the terms from the summer school, and second, whatever other terms each person sees fit based on his or her judgment. I think the terms from the summer school are on the web site. Others can be added as we proceed.
It looks like we are maintaining the education committee mailing list as our means of keeping each other updated. So, I will pay attention to that and plan to send out new messages to it concerning this project.

One particular group would certainly benefit, those engaged in the semantic web (or software developers whose confuse object oriented analysis with ontological analysis:).

But it became clear, after speaking to others at the event, I was not alone. Moreover there seemed to be a dependency among the terms. Some appeared more fundamental (i.e., axiomatic) then others.
