[bsp-forum] Write out / Mark up in OWL

In order to start naming things I wonder if this chart (1K7U) for Healthy Office Building Index could be written or marked up in OWL.

Brief definitions for each of the named items are below, relationships between the words are as shown.

The blanks can be temporarily named, for example, acoustics:unit that would be filled in with STC (Sound Transmission Class), and eventually a performance value.

Hopefully this will get everyone on the same page.

OGC - Open Geospatial Consortium - International voluntary consensus standards organization encouraging development and implementation of standards for geospatial content and services, GIS data processing and exchange.

OASIS - OASIS Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards - a not for profit consortium that drives the development, convergence, and adoption of open standards for the global information society.

OBIX, industry-wide initiative to define XML- and Web services-based mechanisms for building control systems. oBIX will instrument the control systems for the enterprise.

NBIMS - National Building Information Modeling Standard - Version 1, Part 1, Overview, Principles and Methodologies is available for comment.
