[bsp-forum] Slide Credits

Hi Michelle - 

Alan Edgar, through Tammy McCuen at NBIMS indicates the proper credits for the 2 BIM diagrams sent last week are:

"Both of these were assembled by Deke from images supplied by various sources.  I'm sure it's sufficient to credit buildingSMART alliance™; leaving the bSa and NIBS logos intact."

Shall I update the slides for the 14th? If so, by what date?
