I am a Research Associate with the National Center for Biomedical Ontology (NCBO) and work with the Ontology Research Group at the New York State Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics & Life Sciences (Buffalo, NY) doing research in foundational ontology and ontology development related to the biomedical domain. I work closely with BarrySmith and WernerCeusters. I received my Ph.D. in Philosophy from Saint Louis University in November, 2004. My dissertation, renamed Scenario Visualization: An Evolutionary Account of Creative Problem Solving, was published by MIT Press in 2008. My areas of specialization include Philosophy of Biology and Philosophy of Mind.    (1BZN)
