Rob Raskin is Supervisor of the Data System Engineering Group in the JPL Instrument Software and Science Data Systems Section. He is PI of the Semantic Web for Earth and Environmental Terminology (SWEET) project to develop an upper-level ontology for Earth system science. He is Vice-President of the Earth Science Information Partner (ESIP) Federation. He holds a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science from the University of Michigan. (1BT0)
