Agenda Ideas (14L2)
- review and adopt charter/mission/objective/goal (14L3)
- NASA is defining the structure of knowledge management, ontologies, and other information and data management activities, and their inter-relationship with each other. This project will open that discussion to other organizations to see if the conversation occurs in a wider space around the issues that are core to these discussions. How do we help people working with our organization to discover useful knowledge? How can we structure information for decision support (both known and serendipitious inquiry)? What are the ontologies to prioritize for scientific exchange? How does the use of semantic technologies draw these fields closer and support better knowledge discovery? (14N4)
- Explore the intersection of Ontology and Knowledge Management disciplines to define promising collaborations between the two (Holm) (14L7)
- anyone else we want to invite to the organizing committee? (14L5)
- pick date & content (programing) for our open launch event for the community (14L6)
- candidate dates - Thu 2007.10.25 or Thu 2007.11.01 (14LR)
- review of some of the ideas brought forward (14L4)
- brainstorm on candidate programming content (14LW)
- tutorial on virtual worlds (Second Life) for the community for either experience or collaboration (14LX)
- ... (please post your agenda ideas here; identify yourself for follow-up purposes) (14N3)
