My main research interests are related to Knowledge Representation and Reusing, as well as Semantic Interoperability in Biomedicine and the Semantic Web, and include specific topics such as Ontology Evaluation and Recommendation, Ontology based Information Integration, Semantic Annotation, Semantic Interoperability, Semantic Web Services, Semantic Web Rules, Intelligent Agents, Ontology Matching, Systems Integration and Web based Information Systems.
