David Quimby is the founder and CEO of Adaptive Avenue and the inventor and architect of Adaptive Studio, a 'content driver' that accelerates the presentation of web content. He has a diverse background in industry, research, and consulting. He has served as a vice president of technology at Bank of America, a senior industry analyst at Stanford Research Institute, and a senior consultant at Deloitte & Touche. He earned a B.A. in developmental economics from UCLA and an M.B.A. in organizational behavior from UC-Berkeley. Quimby was a pioneer in the industrial application of client/server architecture, and he conducted large-scale system planning for NASA and the U.S. Air Force. He is professionally trained in systems analysis and environmental design. Quimby has been featured in XML Journal and he has appeared on KCCO All-Business Radio.
