Community Calendar Implementation    (11HM)

The Community Calendar project has the general objective of improving the advertising of Ontolog and related events. Some of the more specific suggestions include:    (11NA)

• Implementing a calendar page that shows events on a monthly basis.    (11NB)
• Improving the email announcements of upcoming events as in http://ontolog.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?ConferenceCall_2007_05_17/EventAnnouncementSuggestions    (11NC)
• Recruiting volunteers who can act as liaisons to other communities. Such a liaison should be a member of both Ontolog and another community, who has these duties:    (11ND)
  • Posting relevant Ontolog announcements to the other community    (11NE)
  • Adding relevant events to the Ontolog calendar    (11NI)
  • Identifying and helping to resolve misunderstandings that might arise between the communities    (11NJ)
