I am an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton working in the Defense market. I have worked in commercial and government software development for almost 10 years focusing on J2EE applications, database design and programming, and datawarehousing technologies. Over the past 2 years at Booz Allen I have worked on numerous government contracts focusing on web based application development. Lately I have been serving in a Software Architect role, identifying novel technologies and supporting design and development efforts. While pursuing my masters I feel in love with knowledge management and information architecture, specifically with Semantic technologies. While I am not currently working on an active semantic/onotological based project, I have been exploring opportunities to apply the technology and practices in the areas of information exchange, data mining/feature extraction, and relationship modeling which fit well with my current work (Q5R)
