For information, it appears that the most suitable date for the launch meeting of the new TC will be 21 January, which gives us a little more contingency in the schedule to deal woth any comments, as the calling notice will not need to be sent until 20 December (30 days after submission of draft charter), and participation requests will be open to 14 January
