FYI, the November issue of IEEE Computer has 5 articles on "e-Science".
At least one of them is funded by the DataNet program. These seem to be
the kinds of project that the DataNet program has in mind, and so might be
regarded as likely "competition" for our proposal, if they have not yet
been funded. (02)
