here is a pointer to the idl meant to give access to the ontologies in the
Ontohub repository. This is an ontology access module which does not account
for access privileges so far, so it will only be useful if we have a trusted
network that checks for the user's privileges (which is the case anyhow until
we have a trusted server doing the federation control). It is to be understood
as a suggestion of a minimum, to be taken into account, and not as a final
product. You can see the current version online and I'll push a new (extended)
version to be discussed in the meeting at around 12:00 (I'm still working on
