a follow-up on API4KB: Davide Sottara told me that there has been no
submission answering the RFP yet. The team makes a joint effort to
provide such an answer to the RFP, see the Wiki
http://www.omgwiki.org/API4KB . Davide also thinks that the RFP itself
may need rewriting to broaden the scope beyond OWL. (02)
