Further to the discussion at today's OOR call, I'm happy to let you know that <socop.oor.net> is now up and running - try: http://socop.oor.net

As discussed, this is the current OOR-04 instance on CANTOR, at the cim3-sm1 (San mateo) facility. [... When we can get around to it, we'll transfer this to WITTGENSTEIN which will physically locate at the cim3-fmt1 (Fremont) datacenter.

Note that, from this point onwards, customization on OOR-03 and OOR-04 will have to be done separately.
