I updated oor-01.cim3.net this morning to add a Geospatial ontology category (with arbitrary but unique id 8000) using the instructions at [1].  I observed the change in mySQL, but haven't yet seen a change in [2].  I'm hoping the ontology categories are just getting cached somewhere.  Can you restart the OOR services and/or reboot?
