Please take note that as of BioPortal Core version 2.4 (Tag 1026), which
was released to NCBO production servers yesterday, Java 6 will be
required for compiling the BioPortal Core application. In addition, you
will need to make sure to use a Java 6 JVM with Tomcat (we currently
recommend Tomcat 5.5 but will likely be transitioning to Tomcat 6 soon). (02)
