Mike,

Thanks for uncovering that. It looks like there is a (probably undocumented) step that needs to be done on the BioPortal Core deployment for this to work:

• cd tomcat5.5/webapps/ROOT/
  
• svn export https://bmir-gforge.stanford.edu/svn/bioportalui/public/crossdomain.xml

Let me know if you have any questions regarding this.
