Yesterd y, at the DRM Forum at Mitre, Ram's director, Steve Ray, gave a nice summary of the NIST role in testing HIT tools, applications and standards. Ram had contacted me a couple of weeks ago and we have scheduled a call today. I expect he will be providing an overview of HIT model testing that his office is developing, in support of FHA type of directions, I think. Marc Wine, M.H.A. Hi Evan, Yes, NIST was mentioned frequently, and so I dug into old Google and saw Ram D. Siriam, phone 301-975-3507, sriam@xxxxxxxx listed as the Program Manager of MEL's Mgf Metrology and Standards for Health Care Enterprise. Is Ram the NIST rep?? Can anyone tell me who at NIST is involved?
