Since you mentioned that multiple versions of Protégé can co-exist on
the same machine, I think I'll just try installing their latest
(Protege-2000 v2.0.1 <http://protege.stanford.edu/download.html>) and
see if that gets us anywhere. I'll try to work on it later today (as
soon as I finish handling urgent matters), and will call you then to
coordinate the testing. In the mean time, I won't be restoring normal
access yet. (04)
