* From the co-chairs:
** Session Title: (you're ok now!) (nominally due 1 month in advance)
** Session Abstract: please supply by Nov-7 (nominally due two weeks in advance)
** List of panelists: ... please continue to update (05)
* From Panelists:
** confirmation to speak: status?
** inform them to look over:

especially session marked "For the SPEAKERS"
** bios / populate namesake page
** talk title: please supply by Nov-11 (nominally due at least 10 days
in advance)
** talk abstract: please supply along with confirmation and talk title
(but due at least 1 week in advance)
** inform them that slides are due two days in advance (latest of
end-of-day Tue; should email the co-chairs and PeterYim with ETA
before that deadline if more time is needed) (06)
