major changes:
- keep track of the host IP doing the editing
- countries are no more formatted with underlines instead of spaces
- affiliation field should now be properly
displayed if required, the rule is:
compulsory for students
optional for regulars
hidden for others
- minor bug and cosmethic changes (02)
