I have done my reneeal (& test run) with paypal (I will use direct
debit when in paypal too, this should make the paypal fees lower, as
compared to paypal then credit card.) (03)
The pages and content look really good. One small issue I ran into was
that the "payment process" invokes (I believe) a pop-up page, which my
browser would normally block, and then ask me to decide if I would
want to allow it to proceed. However, your code seems to redirect the
page (back to the IAOA site) too quick (you probably only allowed me 1
or 2 second to respond, which was not enough. You might want to allow
more time, or even display a message instructing people to grant
permission for that payment page to come up. (04)
I noticed that the directory still says www.iaoa.org/ios/... ("ios"
should best change to something else). I assume we could do that when
we relocate the pages to a secured directory secured by SSL.) I still
owe you guys that space to host the https (SSL ceritified) pages for
the form. We are running into a bit of difficulty (which we are
clarifying with the certificate issuer now), therefore, please proceed
without waiting for me on this. I hope we can get that resolved
shortly, but please do not let that hold up the deployment of the
renewal and 2011 new member application. ... my apologies. (05)
