the "Mailing List" page later. It only features the [iaoa-general]
list info page. (03)
What we probably should have are: (04)
(a) a list of all lists available, identifying which ones are members
only; and which isn't (as in [iaoa-general])
(b) describe the "role" of the [iaoa-general] list a bit more (and
clarifying that this is for BOTH members as well as non-members who
want to find out more about IAOA and our community in general)
(c) subscription instructions, in case people/members want to subscribe (05)
