The EC will shift meetings by one week starting from April 15 provided the
technical equipment is available. The meeting of April 8, which includes a
session for SIG and Technical Committee presentations, is confirmed. (011)
The applications to the Summer Institute 2013 will be reviewed by the President
and the Vice President. It will be possible to apply for funding until April 7. (012)
Renato Rocha Souza has joined the FOIS organization team as local
(organization) co-chair. The organization goes on: there will be an Early
Career Track and a challenge / hackathon event. Two IAOA workshops, FOMI and
WoMO are already planned. Work on the FOIS website will start soon. There will
be also a call for the FOIS logo. (013)
The EC is looking for potential candidates for the Education Committee.
Suggestions from the Advisory Board will be sought. (014)
The rest of the meeting was reserved to the presentation of the SIG on
Ontologies and Conceptual Modeling and the Technical Committee on Ontology
Registries and Repositories. (015)
