CALL FOR PARTICIPATION 5Th Workshop on Formal Ontologies Meet Industry (FOMI 2011) FOMI is an international forum where academic researchers and industrial practitioners meet to analyze and discuss application issues related to methods, theories, tools and applications based on formal ontologies. FOMI 2011 will facilitate open discussion and experience sharing. Very similar problems arise in disparate ontology applications and an open discussion helps to highlight commonalities and to spread ideas for possible solutions. For this reason, FOMI welcomes researchers and practitioners that embrace this perspective without restrictions on the domain they deal with: business, medicine, engineering, finance, law, biology, geography, electronics, etc. Location: Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands Date: 7th and 8th of July 2011 Invited speakers: Riichiro Mizoguchi (Osaka University); Laura Hollink (Delft University of Technology); Florian Probst (SAP) -- Dr. Virginia Dignum Section ICT, Department Technology, Policy and Management Delft University of Technology tel: +31-15-2788064 email: M.V.Dignum@xxxxxxxxxx |
