Some EC members have registered for 2011 to test the new system. The team
working on the new registration forms and the IAOA database (DB) has fixed the
last issues according to the feedbacks from EC members. The system will be
accessible by the end of the week. Renewal for 2011 will be possible during all
January thus with a shift of two weeks with respect to what announced in a
previous IAOA report. IAOA members will have a very simple procedure to renew
their membership, they will also be able to change their data in the IAOA DB at
any time.
A message will be distributed to the IAOA mailing lists with all the
information and changes with respect to the previous year.    (010)

The EC will send a message to the IAOA members and friends on what achieved in
2010.     (011)

The EC will investigate the possibility for an agreement with a publishing
partner relative to the proceedings of events organized by the IAOA
Association. The agreement will set special conditions that may be made use of
by the organizers of IAOA events.     (012)

The rest of the meeting was dedicated to the analysis of the Bylaws draft,
mainly evolving around issues relating to incorporating the spirit of "openness
and transparency" and the "limitation of liabilities" in regard to the
Association.    (013)

(End of Report)    (014)
