we have now completed the first part of the IAOA Assembly devoted to the IAOA Executive Council election and other ballots.\
A total of 116 members were authorized to participate.\
A total of 91 members attended this part of the IAOA Assembly by either voting or declaring their participation.\
A total of 79 members actually voted.\
\
The votes have been cast (http://www.iaoa.org/ios/x-results.php), the results and quorum computed and verified by the election committee.\
The quorum for the validity of the Assembly and the vote is 59.\
The quorum for the validity of the vote on Statute change is 86.\
Since 91 members were present, all the votes are valid.\
\
