My main interest is building real-life biomedical text applications as well as knowledge discovery from biomedical literature. Besides, I am interested working on public mood tracking on Twitter data. I have been a key contributor to widely recognized application systems such as BioCaster in public health surveillance and MedEx in clinical informatics.
