Following a keynote speaker there will be about 8, 30 min. talks or 11, 20 min. talks. {nid 2UEJ}

We are asking for 8 page papers for more complete work and also shorter papers for other work. The format allows for high quality research papers and also the presentation of new ideas, started work, and use cases. For example, because of the newness of the field, presentation of use cases needing semantic solutions would be of value in addition to completed work.
