I have over thirty years in the learning industry: leading a company, leading projects, producing blended solutions, designing curricula, and managing knowledge systems, as well as developing teams within organizations. Great instruction is PAC-ed to engage all three learning domains: psychomotor, affective, and cognitive. I have the KASH to make it happen. KASH = Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, and Habits. I possess a security clearance and passport.    (3EC4)

My skill sets include: adult learning theory, instructional systems design, interface design, classroom facilitation, knowledge management, group dynamics, executive coaching, teambuilding, Coursemaps, interactive multimedia instruction, and interpreting MBTI - PD - FIRO-B - and TKI.    (3EC5)

I began working at the Univ of Foreign Military & Cultural Studies in 2005. UFMCS teaches red teamers (DoD, civilians, and soldiers) to critically examine perceptions and strategies, as well as 2nd and 3rd order effects. I play a supportive role at UFMCS, managing the school's instructional systems, community's websites, and any MBTI-related curricula. In the years before, I lead a small company while working for corporate America.    (3EC6)
