The key purpose of this meeting is to discuss means to invigorate discourse through discussion threads and to connect the work of the Champions with the face-to-face program planning and resulting communique. (1ARC)
As Champions, we need to assure that the community can effectively explore, debate, deliberate and capture that content through our online discourse, between the Feb-27 Launch Event and the Apr-28 & 29 (2008) face-to-face workshop. (1ARD)
