Ms Balboni currently supports the Broad Area Maritime Surveillance (US Navy) program as both the Requirements Lead and Risk and Opportunity Manager. She also is an Engineering Discipline Section Manager. She most recently worked the DoE National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Risk Management program in setting up enterprise risk management policy and procedures for cyber risks. Her 30+ years of experience includes systems / software work on such programs as: USAF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), DDG 1000 Zumwalt Electronic Warfare Requirements, Army Persistent Surveillance and Dissemination System of Systems (PSDS2), Global Broadcast Service (GBS), FAA contracts (AAS, E-ARTS, OSDS), Army WWMMCS (AWIS), Trident Missile Guidance System, Over-the-Horizon-Backscatter (OTH-B) Radar, Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) for aircraft carriers, and large Classified satellite ground station systems.    (2NKW)

She is certified in Raytheon Six Sigma, IPT Leadership and R&O Management. Ms Balboni graduated from Raytheon's prestigious System Engineering Technical Development Program (SEtdp) with a white paper on conversion architecture from decoy missile to mid-range sea launched missile.    (2NKX)
